cramped room street noise
The reception staff was friendly and efficient during check-in.
The room I was assigned, a standard single room, felt quite cramped. There was also considerable noise from street traffic (even on a higher floor) late into the night. I found it hard to sleep. The minibar was not restocked daily, something i consider essential for a hotel in this class.

cute staff comfortable bed city view
the reception staff were very attentive to my needs. my room was super clean and the bed was very comfortable, ensuring a great night's rest. i appreciated having a terrace with a city view, though it would have been even better with seating available to fully enjoy the scenery!

Fantastic Stay in Central Location!

My check-in process was quick, and I received helpful information. The room had an excellent view from the window, which I liked a lot. The location was indeed perfect. The train station and the main attractions were very close. I got a pass. It was very useful and easy to obtain.
The minibar was not very well-stocked with a limited selection of items.

The reception staff were helpful. They provided information regarding local attractions. Staff assisted with directions and provided maps to navigate the city, very helpful indeed. Check-in was efficient, a quick process.

The hotel has a parking spot where you can leave the car for a few minutes. That helped during check-in. There is a lift to take you to your floor. The hotel provided an aare bag to bob down the river.
