the reception staff were very great to my needs. my room was super clean and the bed was very comfortable, ensuring a great night's rest. i appreciated having a terrace with a city view, though it would have been even better with seating available to fully enjoy the scenery!

My check-in process was quick, and I received helpful information. The room had an excellent view from the window, which I liked a lot. The location was indeed perfect. The train station and the main attractions were very close. I got a pass. It was very useful and easy to obtain.
The minibar was not very well-stocked with a limited selection of items.
